We reserve the right to adjust our prices if a home is particularly complex or otherwise difficult to recreate. If a price adjustment is necessary we will contact you prior to beginning any work.


You will receive via email a link to the floor plan so that you may print copies for  your brochures or other promotional material. Additionally, we will forward the link to your Web Administrator for placement on your personal and/or company website. All floor plans are copywrite protected and remain the sole property of Floor Plan Graphics. You are licensed to photocopy the floor plans on an unlimited basis and to post links to the floor plan on an unlimited number of  websites. No alteration of the floor plan is authorized by anyone other than Floor Plan Graphics.  Any changes that you require will be made by Floor Plan Graphics and reposted on FloorPlanGraphics.com.

However, if another agent should list the same home in the future then that agent, in order to use the plan, would be required to license that plan through Floor Plan Graphics in his or her name.
